Kefalonia is the largest and the most beautiful island in Ionian sea. It took its name from Kefalos, the first inhabitant of the island. Argostoli, the capital, is a modern town offering good services and entertainment to all visitors. It's approximately at the center of the island, therefore, it's an excellent starting point for wonderful excursions all over the island.
